Welcome to Clean Spotless Nady LLC. By hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to residential, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, and specialty services. All services are provided at the location specified by the client at the time of booking.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Returned checks may incur an additional fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and service location information
Ensuring safe access to the property
Securing pets and valuables during service hours
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
7. Liability
We are insured; however, Clean Spotless Nady LLC is not liable for pre-existing damages or the loss of personal property not secured before service.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if we encounter hazardous conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated cancellations.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
